At the very least Holder and Big Sis should be up on the hill testifying as to what this program is about, who authorized the gun transfers and what kind of accountability is involved with this “Fast and Furious” program. I mean only an idiot liberal would think that giving guns to drug dealers is some kind of a good idea....

This is interesting.
I suppose the theory is that drug cartels who are at war with each other in Mexico should get all the guns and ammo they want. Makes sense.

“ATF agents I’ve dealt with are usually good people. “

As both an FFL and owner of legal machine guns, I’ve dealt with the ATF in Denver and the NFA in West Virginia multiple times, and they’ve been nothing but knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I wish all the civil servants I’ve had to deal with were this good at their jobs.

I hadn’t even heard of the E trace thing. Something else to be angry about.

Too many “associations”, “departments”, etc that need to be completely “bulldozed”.

If we had an honest, fair media, we would be evaluating impeachment prospects. What did the president know and when did he know it?

And they have already refused to give info requested by the senate, and the mexican government ( who was not informed, violating international treaties already in place ) holder is gonna go down, janet nap is gonna go down, and all this will fall into fubo’s lap.....unless he has a press conference, fires all involved and cooperates with the senate...but, fubo’s own sense of entitlement will never allow him to do this...he is toast if this gains traction

ATF agents I’ve dealt with are usually good people.

I hate to admit it but you're right to a degree.

I'm dealing with the ATF now because I'm building an SBR, and the individual staffers and specialists have been nothing but helpful.

There's a Jekyll/Hyde thing going on with that agency. The Hyde part seems to exist in the law enforcement arm.

Perhaps we should keep the bureaucrats around to take care of our NFA paperwork and defund the LEOs.

You can also break a lot of "eggs" and end up with nothing resembling a decent "omelet".

Hey bud, you gotta read the whole article provided at the link.

It’ll be a scapegoating campaign for sure with the wrong person hung out to dry - or not enough of the right ones - but at least this case is being dragged out into the light of day.

On form 4473, SSAN in “optional”. I have never filled in the blank, FWIW.
