I agree Filner is not congess, and I believe that Filner is the “minority ranking member” of the veterans committee..
Prayers for our miliary... but they get paid, and have options for direct deposit, and could have their financial obligations autmotially taken from their accounts.. many military members do that, including my military spouse, so our payments are never late...also must refrain from over spending....
