This DOJ has turned into its own criminal enterprise. Not only refusing to defend DOMA, a law passed by Congress and signed by the then-POTUS (Clinton), but also refusing to defend former government officials who are being sued by a terrorist (Padilla vs Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, et al), AND joining a foreign nation Mexico) in suing one of the United States (AZ) for daring to pass a law to protect its own citizens. Any one of these failures would have been unimaginable at any other time. Today, we sit back and let Obama/Holder get away with it. Sorry times we live in.

Everywhere I turn Americans are hurting—and waking up. Even those who foolishly were swept up by the Hate Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld campaign of eight years duration finally have realized that something is horribly wrong. What's wrong, of course, is that their federal government has been taken over by Marxists. The mailman, the landscaper, the hospital orderly, the tree trimmer—all these hardworking, decent Americans are wondering what the heck has happened? Their little businesses are teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, expenses are skyrocketing, and paperwork and taxes are increasing exponentially.

We need to change some laws, return our government to a subservient role, and rescue our economy, but FIRST we need to save our Republic from the Communists in our midst. I am very afraid for my country.

Reeeeally bad idea. Ideally appropriate, but impossible to accomplish in reality. It would distract from his actual crimes, generate huge energy among Democrats, and create hostility in the majority of Americans, who dislike impeachment.

I agree with censuring or any other political action that damages Obama without giving him cover to hide behind. IMO, America’s interest will be better served by defeating him in 2012 and increasing the conservative representation in congress.

We made this mistake before—impeachment from the top of government down.

It seems counterintuitive, but we have to basically let things go as they are because the votes aren’t there for this, and we’ll only be feeding the ‘put-upon black president’ meme the MSM loves to push. And the MSM still control the message.

We have to let Obama keep doing what he’s doing until THE PEOPLE are crying out for his impeachment. It’s the only way it’ll actually happen.

You can’t tell that to the emotional ones who think just calling for impeachment means he’s on his way out. With his popularity at the level it’s at and Senate control with the Dems, it’s a non-starter.
