Some people with thyroid problems can’t eat soy products. Most protein powder is soy, isn’t it?

Look for "Pure Whey Protein" and you should be fine. It is very easy to find, and is a very high-quality protein.

You can avoid soy by getting whey protein shakes. I get the low-carb ones, and they come in lots of nice flavors.

You can get them from this place Netrition if you can't find them in your local stores.

I am not an agent for Netrition, just one of their customers.
