I was in the business of building things, at various locations out of the country.

I dealt with a lot of Arab and Korean contractors. The Koreans took great pleasure in cheating on contracts. For them it was just how you do business. A deal was not a deal if they could make major alterations after the fact. To think of them as crooks is wrong because that is just the way they are.

A deal with an Arab was a deal.
