If this bill passes the NBC issue will be decided by a back door because this bill allows eligibility to be challenged. Wait a minute. Does it allow eligibility to be challenged IN COURT? That would be the important question. If it is only challenged administratively (by a challenge to the SOS, for instance) then it wouldn’t resolve the NBC issue. But if a legal challenge in court is allowed, the court would eventually have to decide the NBC issue, as long as the person who challenged eligibility raised the dual citizenship issue.
It has pained me to my soul since 2008 that this unknown man without a traceable past and a made up history and a hatred for my country, is occupying our White House. Seriously, this is the worst 4 years in American history. I can’t believe that socialists were so efficient in making the populace so stupid, that they’d elect some slick meister without any records available to anyone, as POTUS. America has become too stupid to survive.
