The[y] KNOW Obamacare is unContitutional.
You type this from the point of view, the worldview, that the written Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land (like it says it is).
They don’t look at the world this way. The Constitution, to them, is simply an impediment to implementing their superior vision. It can be used to thwart “the other side” when necessary, because “the other side” actually thinks that rules should apply to everyone. But it is simply something to get around when it hinders the socialist vision.

If they weren’t afraid of the Constitution, the minions in the WH wouldn’t be trying to spread this manure over the States. It is still Obamacare, just being ran at the State level. With States picking up the tab!
