No help will be forthcoming fom the feds, who plan to use the situation to slam back any patriotic reaction to these natonalist socialist idiots. That is the problem.Some state governments will oppose the feds directly, raising the possibility of a constitutional crisis than no one now alive has seen.

I agree. 2012 could very tough for many of us.

In my world, 3 hours from any big city, on top of a mountain, well armed, stocked and reasonably self-sufficient, we should be okay. But our country is not ready and without leadership, it won’t be.

Unfortunately, I think that you have summarized the situation very well. What you have described is very likely to happen. And if it does begin, we must fight these parasites with every ounce of our fiber, for we will be fighting for the very survival of the United States. If we falter we are doomed as a country.
