I agree with Newt but, at present, he’s just another private citizen with an opinion-I don’t see a “constitutional crisis”. FWIW, it does appear that Newt really, really wants to be the POTUS.
Then you ain't looking hard enough.
He is the chief EXECUTIVE of the US. His job is to ENFORCE THE LAW.
Then, with all due respect, you just don't get it.
[I dont see a constitutional crisis. ]
Oh, it’s a constitutional crisis alright, but apparently, Americans don’t care unless the Democrat run media tells them to.
"After resigning his congressional seat in 1998, Newt Gingrich didn't think he'd ever be this close to making a run for president. And if he does run, he told NewsChannel 's Evan Axelbank at an annual Palm Beach County GOP fundraiser, that Florida's elected officials will get lots of consideration as Vice Presidential picks. He included brand new congressman, Allen West. "Florida has two, and maybe three potential vice presidential candidates right now. Maybe four if you count Jeb Bush," said Gingrich"I like LTC Allen West and pray he finds himself ready to run for president in 2012. Newt on the other hand NEEDS LTC West to win. LTC West doesn't need a familiar RINO's 'name' on a ticket to win. LTC West's record speaks for itself. I've had enough of the RINO GOP ticket. The GOP manipulated the '08 RINO/conservative ticket with McCain/Palin. Holding my nose on McCain, I pulled the lever for Palin in '08. I'd like to pull the lever for LTC West in 2012 - without any RINO tag along on the ticket. Gingrich makes his RINO position clear when he stated above that he'd consider Jeb Bush as well. Enough is enough already.
and a bullpit.
I dont see a constitutional crisis.
I think Newt probably knows more about it than you...or me...or most of us. I think it's serious. We have only 2 branches of gov't under Obama when he doesn't approve of what the 3rd does.
That is the real problem. This should have sparked a crisis but it didn't. Damned few of us care about the rule of law anymore, and if that goes, we all go down.
How about if George Bush would have said, "I don't like the law on abortion. We're not going to protect abortion anymore." Do you think that would be a constitutional crisis? How about if the next Republican President said, "I don't believe in this equal rights mumbo jumbo, we're not going to enforce those laws anymore." Would that be a constitutional crisis?
Of course not. You guys don't have much of a constitution left.
In other news maybe unrelated to the WH imam, the Nordic countries muslims are inviting to Tea Parties, to get to know and love islam.

This is a global, well-coordinated war and every socialist government on the planet are enemy combattants.
When the US Constitution is replaced with Obama Law, I see a constitutional crisis.
