I suggest everyone go take a look at this......Detroit Public Schools, with all the machine shops, libraries, books etc......abandoned. Millions upon millions, left for scavengers.

Until the 1960s Detroit Public Schools were considered to be among the best public schools in Michigan. Highland Park's were even better. Highland Park, the home for so many mid-level Chrysler managers, was a Look All-American City.

Today both once-proud cities are rotting away.
