"12:09 p.m.: Another key exchange:
FAKE KOCH: What we were thinking about the crowds was, planting some troublemakers.
WALKER: We thought about that. My only gut reaction to that would be, right now, the lawmakers I talk to have just completely had it with them. The public is not really fond of this. The teachers union did some polling and focus groups... "

Gov. Walker was punked quite thoroughly. The above excerpt gives the jist of the matter. Gov. Walker's office acknowledged that Gov. Scott Walker is one of the 2 voices on the tape. Walker destroyed his own reputation here, by exposing himself as a dishonest person.

That must have been some party on Tuesday night, because you appear to have completely slept through yesterday.

I haven't listened to the call, but if what is posted is the worst that the WP could come up with, it isn't much. I'm not seeing the dishonesty that you are referring to.

What we were thinking about the crowds was, planting some troublemakers. The crowd was a bunch of troublemakers, by definition. Give me a break.

Major fail by you and the other leftists. Walker said to the fraud the same things he said in public. The only dishonest person in this is the fraud caller. Only MSNBC and leftist dupes are finding fault with Walker over this stupid prank.
To: ButThreeLeftsDo
I think he went a step further and threw it into reverse!

Repeat after me: Koch Brothers...Koch Brothers....Koch Brothers...Koch Brothers....Koch Brothers...Koch Brothers....
LOL. If that's all they have, they have lost the argument.

Really?? Walker is dishonest? When the other person is claiming to be someone else? When the person calling has the maturity level of the preteen boy who calls the older lady down the street to ask if her refrigerator is running? Most people get over that sort of silliness by the time they get to puberty, but leftists seem to be lost in some sort of perpetual “Is your refrigerator running?” mentality and think that they are sooooooo smart and brilliant.

I think he meant that he thought the anti-Walker demonstrators had planted troublemakers, not that he wanted to put troublemakers there.
Note that the rest of what he says makes no sense in regards to deciding whether or not to send trouble-makers into the protests.

Your homepage says you’re in WI. Are you one of those striking govt workers? Did you get a note from a fake doctor?
To: spunkets
What about what was said was dishonest?

That's exactly what I was thinking. I doubt this stupid prank proves anything, except that the Left is obsessed with their newfound bogeymen.

Walker destroyed his own reputation here, by exposing himself as a dishonest person. You are, so far, the first and only person I've heard to come to that conclusion about this phone call.
Well, except for the folks on reddit and huffpo (which I don't actually read, but it gets posted on reddit).

Bad news, Gregster - the only people that care about the crank call are people like you. No one else is paying attention.

Walker destroyed his own reputation here, by exposing himself as a dishonest person. You're full of it. This excerpt is certainly not the "jist(sic) of the matter". Listen to the entire phone call instead of reading liberal soundbites. Walker acquitted himself well with honesty and dignity. Not many politicians sound the same when talking privately to a supporter as they do in public. I am more impressed with walker than ever.
