I was bullied only once. The union steward told me to go to hell. I started working 30 seconds before the 10 minute break ended. He was a foot taller and a hundred pounds bigger than me. I stood up on my toes and told him FU. This was witnessed by 20 people. I never complained about it to anybody. He was gone one week later. They told me that he quit. Everybody hated that guy.
I was never bullied by any steward. I was friends with most of them and they respected my stance. (beer drinking buddies) Also, I didn’t start out with the beliefs I ended up having by the end of my career.
