This is Tabitha Hale, a young conservative activist/original Tea Party organizer/blogger who works for Washington, D.C.-based FreedomWorks. I know her from her great grass-roots work with Smart Girl Politics when the Tea Party movement was just emerging.

Today, Big Labor groups took their Grievance March to the offices of FreedomWorks.

Among the groups protesting: the Communications Workers of America. They’re one of the heavyweight labor biggies that have received a coveted Obamacare Waiver for Favors. CWA facts here.

This is one of the CWA t-shirt-wearing goons who showed up at the protest at FreedomWorks today:

And this is what the CWA t-shirt-wearing goon did to Tabitha Hale. Watch:

This is who they are, this is what we are up against. They are dispicable, violent bullies. Get ready, this isn't going away soon without our continued push back and involvement. Video at link.

Let’s see, if a man in a Ronald McDonald’s costume punches or assaults me - I sue McDonalds and retire a wealthy man.

So, if a Union thug - a Union representative in every sense fo the word, assaults someone .... why not sue the Union into oblivion?

In Capuano’s and Deval’s Massachusetts,
where SEIU and DNC operatives are getting “bloody
in the streets”, thereafter suited individuals
have approached those assaulted
(including those assaulted in front of the police
in Massachusetts)
and said,
“If you report this, we will have your name and
your home address ..” indicating that their homes
and families would be then next targets.

I wish. Unions have killed, maimed and destroyed property for years without much blowback.

I don't know the legalitites, but suspect they are untouchable in our environment.

I have been personally affected by these goons, their violence goes in cycles. This seems to be the biggest uptick of thuggishness in decades, and the justice department is going to be on the side of the thugs.

The filmed incident of voter intimidation by the Panthers did not seem to carry much weight with this administration, I doubt this will either.

Hopefully the American public will wake up, somehow I doubt that too.

Am I the only one who didn’t see anybody hit anybody in that film—even in slow motion?

I’m convinced that the guy is a thug—I’m just saying that the film I watched didn’t really show anything.............

ANY union that does such things should be outlawed, declared a domestic terrorist organization, and have its leaders thrown in jail!!!!

And “Congressman” Capuano (D, MA), who advised unions to “get a little bloody”, should be made to resign!!!!

Unions that commit thug violence should be placed on our enemies list. (That goes DOUBLE for ACORN and SEIU.) Then when we have a good President, they should be targeted for being named as domestic terrorist organizations!!!!

Look up a fellow by the name of Don Adams to get your answer to that. Unions own most city/county/state government offices and will have the prosecutor charge that little girl with assault for smashing her head into his fist. Union thugs act with impunity because they know they will not be touched.

He obviously pushed or hit someone, and the audio you can hear another guy angry that the thug hit "someone he disagreed with"

The video doesn't show the hit, but you can tell he did it through the audio.

More excellent work by Malkin bringing this to our attention.

Also, Tabitha Hale is NOT GUILTY.

I can certainly see where that may be the situation, where you have a “he said/she said” situation. But, in this case there is video.

Unions do not own juries.

He said/she said is irrelevant. If the goon touched her, she should press charges for asault
