Attorney General Bondi Files Response to Department of Justice in Health Care Lawsuit
Attorney General Pam Bondi today filed a response in the health care lawsuit, opposing the Department of Justices motion to clarify. The memorandum was filed on behalf of the 26 states and the National Federation of Independent Business.
Department of Justices motion to clarify is merely an attempt to delay the process when the order clearly required a halt to implementation. Judge Vinsons order is an injunction stopping the federal government from enforcing the Affordable Care Act on the 26 states.

I LOVE Pam Bondi....sharp person indeed.
Just the 26 states?
It’s about time. Thank you AG for doing what should have been done a while ago.
thanks.. that’s what I thought. Wondered why the AG phrased it this way.
I am unsure, unless it is because those are the specific states he is dealing with in the lawsuit. But I do know this much...he declared it unconstitutional and the whole law falls because it cannot be considered constitutional for some and not for others.

Hurray for our side bump .......................... FRegards
Unfortunately for California, Kamala Harris won the AG spot. She immediately joined in lawsuits filed by other states supporting Obamafraud.
so she and her state are losers also. It has no bearing on the fact that a Federal Judge has ruled it unconstitutional. Until and unless that ruling is overturned by an appellate court, with jurisdiction over the Western District of Florida, then the ruling stands.

“As a result, the declaratory judgement is the equivalent of an injunction.”
I understand that the ruling stands. My point was was that Bondi could not speak for California in her response.
Not bad.
... and definitely better than seeing Byron York. No offense to Byron, but c'mom!
I’m not sure that delay is the only reason for the request.
Much of Obamacare was funded through both stimulus bills, billions of dollars were set aside to implement Obamacare through those two bills.
The Obama administration is hoping to continue spending that money and they will just keep implementing it through those expenditures if the judge does not specifically declare those expenditures unconstitutional as well.
