As a public official Sarah would find it remarkably EASY to sue because in virtually every case ACTUAL MALICE can be demonstrated.

Most public officials don't have that advantage but Sarah has this crowd of screaming crazoids out there who have even expressed hatred of her children ~ even her infant!

She could set aside a million bucks or so and start suing and probably clean the pockets of every MSM Democrat and build up a George Sorros sized fortune in months.

Absolutely....libel cases are hard in general, and she is a Very public figure so the very notion of suing is ridiculous. Unauthorized biographies are so common in America, I am surprised people even think suing is an option.
