A glitch in the computer system at the Boca Raton-based law firm of Shapiro & Fishman led to a former firm attorneys name showing up on foreclosure documents months after she resigned.
Still, attorney Anna E. Malone, who now works for Lender Processing Services, Inc., in Jacksonville, sounds none too pleased about the mistake in a letter shes written to the firm and filed with the Orange County Clerk of Courts.
Malone resigned her Shapiro job in July, but some of the foreclosure-related court documents with her electronic signature on them were filed as late as mid-December.
I expect a certification from Shapiro stating that all documents filed under my name or with my electronic signature since July 31, 2010 have been withdrawn and properly resolved, the letter states.

Cannot believe how so many are lick-spittle, boot-licking for the big banks...when it is obvious they have committing fraud in this foreclosure mess

I have no problem with folks who don’t pay their mortgage gett g foreclosed on. But we should hold the corrup banks to the same standards. What’s good for the goose... But let’s not be selective.
