While part of the current unrest in Wisconsin is driven by local issues, new information has been uncovered indicating an orchestrated attempt to stir up 'worker protests' not only in Wisconsin but in at least a dozen states. The coordinated effort is part of a 'revolution' spearheaded in part by a group called 'Heartland Revolution,' a Kentucky-based political action organization. The group was first envisioned by a Kentucky Democrat, John Waltz, who announced his candidacy in 2009 to oppose 2-term Republican Geoff Davis for the 4th Congressional District. Waltz was defeated in the November 2010 midterm elections but embarked on an effort to create 'revolution' throughout America, stemming from his anger toward what he terms 'the hijacking of political discourse by right-wing propagandists.' His group is invovled in the continuing Wisconsin protests of teachers unions upset over Governor Scott Walker's plan to have them pay for part of their healthcare and pension benefits, to which they currently contribute very little of the total costs.

Heartland Revolution is a committed group of experienced activists from across America here to get real about the political war being waged at the expense of the middle-class. Where there are state and local parties in need, we will help them. Where issues are being debated, we will utilize our resources to spread the truth. Where candidates are bogged down by radical Republicans, we will rally the troops behind our Progressive Democrats. We are dedicated to shutting down right wing political cash machines that taint our process with the politics of fear, and we will do everything in our power to help keep the promise of change for America. It is our ultimate goal to ensure that one day groups like ours will not only be illegal, but also unnecessary.

Director of Operations
Janie was raised in a Republican family, however in adolescence she began to question the value in supporting a party that had not done anything to help her family, considering their middle class status and lack of wealth. She gradually came to identify herself as a progressive and has become increasingly active in Democratic politics; In the past 24 months her family followed in her footsteps.
Before hiring staff, Janie ran every facet of her husband John Waltzs 2010 Congressional campaign. She has been active in veterans advocacy for the last four years.
Janie has suffered many health issues after being hit by a drunk driver. During her employment with an insurance company she became too ill to work, had to take short term disability, in the process the company termed her employment along with all of her benefits... three years later she is still unable to obtain health care due to pre-existing conditions.
Her own experiences with the health insurance industry following her accident, combined with those of one of her daughters, and John’s own fights to get treatment have made Janie absolutely convinced that health care reform is essential and she has been a vocal proponent for the passage and implementation of reforms.
Janie has an Associates degree in Business. She is currently finishing up her Bachelors degree in Marketing, while raising her three girls and running the day to day operations for Heartland Revolution.

Sounds like ACORN.
Janie Waltz, leader of The Revolution, wants taxpayers to pay for her families healthcare because she claims she is unable to work, BUT she can damn well protest all over the country!

Formed at the end of 2010, Heartland Revolution shares a post office box with John Waltz for Congress, a failed Democratic campaign for a Kentucky House seat. Waltz’s wife, Janie Waltz, is the only Official disclosed.
This week, Heartland Revolution hit the road to Wisconsin! We were on the ground in the state capital rallying for workers rights. Rights like collective bargaining are essential for millions of working class Americans and, once again, Republicans either dont get it, or just dont care. So, the people took to the streets to make their voices heard!
Protecting American families from corporate fat-cats is a crucial part of maintaining a healthy working-class. Thats why Heartland Revolution is dedicated to fighting for Blue Collar workers where it is needed most.
On Thursday and Friday we were in Ohio where workers are rallying to secure their rights. Well keep you updated on facebook and twitter @heartlandrev. These demonstrations, while not romantic in the eyes of the national media, are perfect examples of regular people coming together to effect change.
As the working families revolution rages on tonight as the protests continue to grow in Wisconsin and now it is spreading to several states throughout America. This coming Monday protests are scheduled in Indianapolis, Indiana with the following schedule:
Monday, February 21, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. (*NOTE TIME CHANGE DUE TO RTW HEARING)
Tuesday, February 22, 2011 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Wednesday, February 23, 2011 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Thursday, February 24, 2011 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
As of right now protests are going to start in Iowa on Tuesday, February 22 at 1 p.m. on the west steps of the Iowa Capitol.
As of right now protests are going to start in Ohio on Tuesday, February 22 at 1 p.m. at the Ohio Capitol.
Stay tuned as more details arrive and by all means do everything you can to mobilize to any of these protests to help protect working families.
That is over twenty states, if my count is correct.

Yep..nationwide to stir up the public...no surprise though. Good grief you would think the "teachers" would know History enough to see what's really happening here. Idiots!
“...you would think the “teachers” would know History enough to see ...”
Nope, you would think so, but they don’t.
See, it’s their religion, and they can’t be wrong.
Just it’s that the right people haven’t led the way, and they are the ones to do it! This time it will be different! Just believe!!!
/s
sad, but true.
Dang! These are some very nasty groups! There intent is to incite violence to say the least.
I find it interesting that John and Janie Waltz both claim severe medical problems. Yet are able to throw so much effort into these political activites rather then work like the people they want to draw tax money from to support them.
I think the medical problem is called LAZY ASS!
Janie was raised in a Republican family Classic propaganda appeal. We hear a variant of it from seminar callers on talk radio every time "I'm a Republican, BUT [insert liberal rant here] ..." or "I'm a conservative, BUT [insert liberal rant here]..." or "I voted for Republican candidate x , BUT [insert liberal rant here]..."
, however in adolescence
[When she was a dependent brat, before she decided to make being a dependent brat a full time job]
she began to question the value in supporting a party that had not done anything to help her family,
[In other words, she was a liberal as many naive brats are and she thought the purpose of a party was to provide goodies rather than to stand guard against government's tendency to strip people of both liberty and property. she was asking "What's in it for ME!!!!" Personally, I doubt she or her family were ever anything but liberal Democrats.
considering their middle class status and lack of wealth.
Which, if she understood what being a Republican is supposed to be about, she would know that liberty and property rights are a benefit not exclusive to the rich. In other words, so long as the chosen party stands for these things and against the use of the government to forcibly redistribute wealth earned by one group to the benefit of another, the only people who need fear or who need to leave the party are leftists who want to be able to legally steal from their fellow citizens to fund things beneficial only to leftists.
She gradually came to identify herself as a progressive
In other words, she gradually came to identify herself as a self-righteous thief, a parasite.
and has become increasingly active in Democratic politics; In the past 24 months her family followed in her footsteps.
Bull crap.
Before hiring staff, Janie ran every facet of her husband John Waltzs 2010 Congressional campaign. She has been active in veterans advocacy for the last four years.
In other words, her husband is a do-nothing? Well, 'tis true progressive women treat men [and babies!] as nonessential beings.
Janie has suffered many health issues after being hit by a drunk driver. ...Classic propaganda "appeal to sympathy."
It is easier to win lawsuits if you keep suffering health issues, and a lawsuit is a good thing to have when you are waiting for a big break that will allow you to use government to steal from people who did not hit you while driving drunk.
During her employment with an insurance company she became too ill to work,
[cue violins]
Must have been a quad if she couldn't push a pen or type on a keyboard. How did she ever recover enough to run "every facet" of her husband's campaign?
had to take short term disability,
Poor baby!
in the process the company termed her employment along with all of her benefits... Well, when you won't do ANY work then you have already opted to be unemployed. three years later she is still unable to obtain health care due to pre-existing conditions.
Not true. She is just unable to obtain FREE health care. She wants other people who suffer their own health issues to have to pay for HER health care. And do her work, apparently.
Her own experiences with the health insurance industry following her accident,
They wanted her to WORK for a check and benefits, imagine that!
combined with those of one of her daughters, Ooh, extra double dip appeal to sympathy...
What next, a complaint about lack of free health care to cover her dog's preexisting mental disability?
and Johns own fights to get treatment
Here, John, try this- it works in my sister's hospital :
Stagger in and demand treatment in Spanish. Refuse to provide documentation. Receive free health care and get coddled by staff who fear they will be reprimanded should a nonpaying patient complain to the government about their care.
have made Janie absolutely convinced that health care reform is essential and she has been a vocal proponent for the passage and implementation of reforms.
She's probably absolutely convinced that polar bears are headed for extinction, that dihydrogen monoxide needs to be banned, that Al Gore invented the internet, and somewhere there's a dairy farm where chocolate cows give chocolate milk and jelly beans grow on trees.
Janie has an Associates degree in Business. And didn't learn a thing!
She is currently finishing up her Bachelors degree in Marketing, while raising her three girls and running the day to day operations for Heartland Revolution.
This is remarkable. She was too poor to buy health insurance to cover preexisting conditions and needed disability but she's not too poor to hire staff for an organization that is anything but a productive business. She couldn't possibly continue working for her previous employer because her preexisting conditions made her too weak to lift a pencil or type on a keyboard or be a Wal Mart greeter. She has miraculously recovered enough from her health issues WITHOUT the benefit of a "reformed" health care system... to be a super multitasker for the very lucrative revolution business and a threat to everyone else's health care choices.
There is a lot of talk about revolution these days. Something we never heard of before Obama.
Alert your friends and acquaintances about all of the activity going on. There are more extreme groups than ever: nuts like Walz, all of the unions and the unending Soros supported organizations that keep metamorphosing.
Remember, Madison is the home of Joel Rogers, co-founder of Apollo Alliance. There is a lot going on and it looks like Walker disturbed the hornets nest that is Madison.
