"Why do you want to talk to me, so you can keep making fat jokes?" United Teachers Federation lobbyist Paul Egan asked the Daily News Thursday outside his home.

Egan refused to the pay the bill, which at one point surpassed $1,800 as the drinks flowed.

UFT officials also ignored questions about whether they were aware that Egan was accused in 2000 for involvement in a student-cheating scandal when he was a middle-school teacher.
