These teachers are depriving students of their education, their summer vacation, school activities, and it is costing tax payers money for substitutes, not to mention the cost of extra childcare for those parents who work.

Does it take a 3/5ths quorum to impeach a judge?

Privatize the Public Schools! Wisconsin schools are rated 44th in the nation.
That would reduce government jobs by a couple hundred thousand!

Based on the amount of snow and bad weather, I’m betting they are going to have to extend the school year in order to make up these days. And the little darlings are going to be pissed when that happens.

Of course they will be told in class that it is the fault of Mean Republicans (and George Bush).

Seems to me that if parents are paying taxes to have their kids educated, and the teachers walk out, there should be a class-action suit in there somewhere against the individual teachers...but I’m no lawyer.

Madison School District needs to stop collecting union dues. Let the teachers send in their own checks.

be PAID by taxpayers? Hmmmm, Hmmmm, Hmmmm.

Will Judge Sumi reveal that many of the TEACHERS
she protects are making more than $100K per year
from taxpayers?

The judge is wrong. Her job it to hear and adjudicate a case, regardless of what could happen on appeal.

Time to kick her ass out of the door.

Does anyone think that when they do come back to the class room that they will actually be doing any required work? They will be trying to recruit students and organize them to be used at thier next rally. If you support me Ill make sure you pass or they will do even less than they did before without any repercussions

Sumi said there was not enough evidence to show the work stoppage is a strike under state law.

Uh huh.

why are the parents saying enough tax payers paying for sick days of teachers whom have to take a personal day with pay to accommodate the children home. I have a suggestion the parents bring the children to school on Tuesday and they have a sit in at the school. No Teachers No Pay and No benefits for the days absent. The parents take over the schools, fire the teachers and fire the principals. Taxpayers take back the community and the teachers join the ranks of unemployed. guess what happens when unemployment reviews the application for unemployement no doctor excuse that was acceptable teacher unable to get unemployment and teacher no longer has union represntatin because the union stewards are all out of work. teachers now have to panhandle. The unemployed teachers appeal to Odumbo in Dc and Odumbo says he cannot help him. The teacher union takes care of the citizenship issue and Odumbo is arrested, biden resigns and John Boehner becomes President of the us, The teleprompter is retired to the junk pile. (Opps must be having delusions of grandeur or it is the medication to help with the adjustment from neck surgery.)

I wonder if their MOU has an employer rights clause regarding sick leave. Many contracts have one that provides the employer the right to have his own physician examine the employee after a certain period of time. Others make it an option at any time fraud is suspected. It’d be interesting to serve notice on these clowns that they all have doctors appointments next week.

The taxpayers should keep their kids home on Tuesday. Then send them back to school on Wednesday with notes from “fake doctors”.
