The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970). RICO is codified as Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968. While its intended use was to prosecute the Mafia as well as others who were actively engaged in organized crime, its application has been more widespread.
It has been speculated that the name and acronym were selected in a sly reference to the movie Little Caesar, which featured a notorious gangster named Rico. The original drafter of the bill, G. Robert Blakey, refused to confirm or deny this.[1] G. Robert Blakey remains an expert on RICO;[2] his former student Michael Goldsmith also gained a reputation as one of the nation’s leading RICO experts.[3]
You are wrong. One of the purposes of the RICO statutes was to go after ‘organized crime’, but it includes those who control, manage or operate organization is a manner that violates the RICO statutes.
Handing out phoney doctor’s excuses is not one of the RICO predicate acts.
Good luck with getting HOLDER to enforce any law that is not “politically correct.” That includes RICO.

We are no longer a nation of laws.
We abide by political correctness as dictated by the putative king’s foot.

That is no longer the case. Look at Obama’s snub of the courts, his administration is under a contempt order. He refuses to duly enforce our immigration laws, and he refuses to secure our Southern border from invasion.

There is no longer law, unless Obama says so.We are in fact NOW in a situation of rank lawlessness. The only thing preventinig disorder is the fact that the American people are used to doing things with order.
Wait until the coming Union riots are augmented with racial/ethnic riots.We just do not have enough law enforcement, or national guard at the state level to cope. At that point we will be attacked by terrorists using WMD. Thats the plan Obama and his fascists have.
Then it will be every man for himself and his own family.
