She really is ineluctable. The small band of trolls who hit this thread instantly just prove the point. The death rattle is a noisy, unpleasant “frothing at the mouth” spectacle to witness, but it is...a death rattle.

As a sub-cultural phenomenon, I've never seen anything like the "conservative" anti-Palinista crowd. Frankly, I don't understand what motivates them to ceaselessly attack one of the most genuine, patriotic conservatives of our time.

I suppose there are some whose minds are just wired to prefer failure and defeat over success and victory.

It'll be interesting to hear what their tune sounds like after Sarah is elected. I suspect that many of them will continue to find fault with her, even as she's rebuilding the foundations of our great republic.
