To: Christian Engineer Mass; Mrs. B.S. Roberts

Would this not constitute the “DELIBERATLY AND KNOWINGLY FALSIFYING A MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS AND DOCUMENT?” In a “sane” world, this would be considered (Possibly) a FELONY.
I’ve read of Doctors losing their license for this act.

I am not sure what Wisconsin law says about this but the medical board won’t like it. That is, if she is really a doctor.
