I am not sure what Wisconsin law says about this but the medical board won’t like it. That is, if she is really a doctor.

While I'm no expert on Wisconsin criminal statutes, I'm certain that they have some manner of dealing with what is undeniably outright fraud...

If she’s not, then charge her with practicing medicine without a license. She’s toast either way.
