The House GOP should make it plain they won’t vote for anything out of the Conference that puts the funding back.
That’s where things get hairy.
Many members will have to vote, (D) or (R), for the bill because it will have funds in it for stuff in their districts.
If they vote against it, they’ll lose their funding and their opponent in the next election will have a campaign issue to tie around their necks, “Old So-and-So voted against the [fill in the blank]!”...........
