My friend, the handwriting is clearly on the wall. The citizens and voters of Wisconsin have the power in their hands and feet to take a major step & action to secure their state finances, their children’s education, the future of their beloved state and...in fact, the future of these very United States of America!! These “public service Unions” must be disbanded or put in their proper place. Every citizen of Wisconsin that can attend the “support” rally tomorrow at the state capitol will be speaking and demonstrating for the vast majority of American citizens. Obama, the Democrat party and the labor unions must be stopped right now!!! In fact, POTUS Obama should be forced to resign or be impeached by his own party. Failure of the Democrat Party to rid the nation of Obama will cause the downfall of the total Democrat Party!!!

We need to recall Senate Democrats and picket at their homes, to go to work, like they did at Walker's home!

I disagree. Targeting people's private residences and families is an evil commie tactic. We should never stoop so low.

I would perhaps support legislation making it illegal to hold a political demonstration at someone else's private residence.

Damn right you need to picket their homes and the Union Thug leaders!! It’s time to give those SOB’s a taste of their own medicine. It’s time we get back in there faces, we have let these jack@sses walk all over us for far too long. They think the 2010 election was bad, 2012 can’t come fast enough for me. The Tea Party is just getting started.

I will be picketing his house, I about 2 minutes from his house and will have a sign that says get back to work! Went by his house at 2 am to see if anyone was awake, in case he wiggle back into Wisconsin!

I think you’re on a very good track. Nothing like a blitzkrieg recall effort to bring a Rat running back!

I’ve been involved as a leader in numerous citizen initiated matters here in Colorado in my area. The most important thing is to determine all of the legal requirements for doing a recall. They will probably be many, big and small. Colorado has lots of odd requirements for petitions and petitioners, like font size, red warnings at the top, use of black ink, how the petition is worded, stapling requirements for multiple pages, who and how petitions can be circulated, affidavits for the petition cirulators to sign with notary witnessing, etc.

Also, in Colorado, it’s not just a recall per se, but a forced special election that must have at least one other person running to receive enough votes to replace the recalled person.

You get any one of these wrong at the outset and it can be totally fatal to the entire effort down the road. So, it’s going to take some intense research, some bucks to make sure the petition printing is done correctly, and most likely some more bucks to get help from the right kind of lawyer to get everything done right.

Then you have to organize, which is a whole nother deal. You’ll probably need at least a 100 petition circulators. You’ll need one or more training sessions with instructions sheets to make sure they do the signature collection properly. You might be able to get some publicity from local radio, TV, and newspapers that would help you find interested volunteers.

One plus to all of this though is that you should be able to share your work with the other 12 Rat Senate districts. All you’d you have to do is substitute the names of those to be recalled. Essentially, you’d be putting together a recall kit.

Even one win would give the Pubs the needed magic 20, and even with no wins, if it looks like you’ve got a credible effort going to even get a recall to the ballot, those SOBs will come running back so quick you’ll miss it if you blink.

Finally, if you do get one or more recall efforts close to getting on the ballots, I wouldn’t give up even if they come running back. Proceed to the finish, and make them sweat! Oh, and make sure you state this fact right from the start to show how serious you are! That’ll make ‘em scurry back even faster!

I really hope you can do this and I wish you the best of luck.

People should put pressure on the Repub senators to declare a quorum for non-fiscal bills and just start passing an agenda rapid-fire. Starting with making Wisc a right-to-work state, and passing Vermont-style no-license CCW.

Indeed, is there any reason the Republicans shouldn't use the Democrats' departure to their advantage? Frankly, it would seem this should provide an opportunity to pass a lot more no-compromise legislation than would otherwise be possible.

Citizen Leaders Organize to Ask Senator to Come Back to Vote

Kenosha, WI — Senator Robert Wirch is hiding out of state to avoid a vote on Governor Scott Walker’s budget repair bill. Kenosha area citizens have completed the necessary papers and will file on Monday to form an exploratory committee to recall Senator Robert Wirch. “The exploratory committee will be formed as a direct result of Senator Wirch’s failure to carry out his official duties in the State Senate,” said Daniel Hunt, leader of the recall exploratory committee “We need to inform Robert Wirch that his hiding in Illinois is unacceptable to the voters in his district, and that we are taking the first steps to remove him from office.”

Over the weekend the committee will evaluate the resources, time, and manpower required to successfully recall the senator. “Over the last year, Kenosha and Racine area Tea Party groups have proven their ability to mobilize thousands of people quickly and effectively,” said Hunt. To recall Senator Robert Wirch, the committee anticipates needing to collect over 15,000 signatures.

The committee is expected to file the paperwork with the Government Accountability Board on Monday, February 21st.

Once the paperwork is filed for a recall, the senator that it is filed against will have no choice but to do the job he was elected to do....The RECALL tool is a very powerful motivator.

Glad to see this is being done. George Petak was recalled back in 1996 for voting us into the stadium tax. This to me is just as bad if not worse.

A group from Utah has already started the process and the 60 day clock is running.

See. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2678381/posts

WI Statue 9.10 covers recall elections.

If someone is going to do a recall - need to get organized as 60 days come very fast.

There is a manual at the WI GAP (Government Accountability Board,
