I doubt that there is a specific regulation stating that the Senate must convene only in the Senate chamber.
The 19 Republicans should immediately head to this location and declare the Senate convened wherever the Democrats are.

They only need 1 to come back. That is a great idea, but I am not sure law can be made outside the state lines. Anyone have legal expertise on this?
