I hope Rush mentions the media meltdown in FL (well, at least in Tampa) over our Governor canceling the high-speed rail boondoggle. The main argument I saw was “but it was going to be paid for mostly by the Federal government”, as if FL taxpayers would not feel any burden.
I could be wrong, but I think many people are starting to realize that the government can't keep promising that “somebody else” will pay for it.

I could be wrong, but I think many people are starting to realize that the government can't keep promising that somebody else will pay for it. Apparently Justin Beiber isn't one of them. He thinks that Canadian Health Care is "free".

You should hear the libs here rant and rave about the Tea Party. Apparently, because Kentucky receives so much money from the Federal government, we should forget our principles.
lol.
I told one lib that if you don’t stand for something even when it potentially negatively impacts you, you really don’t have principles at all.

I have a question for you freepers...
Do you remember some time ago that Rush referred to homeless communities which were forming in places around the country (Hawaii?) as “Obamavilles?” The media was blaming Bush for the homeless shanty encampments on Bush, and Rush discussed it in the context of Obama’s policies. What ever happened to all of the Obamaville residents? I never heard whether they got their free living arrangements?
Just wondering...
