I know this is a story, but has anyone considered for a moment, that the lady didn't WANT it reported?

I think we should give a little benefit of the doubt here until we hear otherwise (or maybe I just missed it). I know if it were ME, I would not want it all over the news I had just been gang raped and beaten. No, that would be just another assault to me.

Thats just my thoughts on the matter. Maybe CBS didn't report it because Lara asked them not to, or they were doing so out of deference to the horrific scene she just endured, and they did not want to make a news story out of something so hideous, and doing it to one of their own colleagues...

But CBS advocates women reporting such assaults even if details are witheld. The real reason it was not a top CBS story is because the network was unwilling to stand up and say the Emperor has no clothes.

In this case the Emperor is Mohammed that there is a problem with the Koran, Mohammed as an example, and Islamic “culture” that teaches hatred of independent women, Christians, Jews, and anyone-other-than-Muslims.

Logan did not mind telling about supposed Egyptian military abuse:

Lara Logan's Egypt Interrogation Tell-All: "The Army Is Not on the Peoples' Side. The Army Is on Its Own Side."
