A scientific review released Tuesday cast doubt on the US government's conclusion that scientist Bruce Ivins, who killed himself in 2008, was to blame in the 2001 case of deadly anthrax mailings.

There are a lot of us out here. Not in the conspiracy group, but just researchers and witnesses with information that has largely been ignored.

I did hear that the anthrax was of a similar type to that developed by Iraqi programs in the 1980s
I also said that the DC sniper kid was the "mailer" in Jersey. These guys were hit and run specialists.
And as soon as it was announced that the Florida guy died of Anthrax, the sniper kid left school IN FLORIDA (where he had just begun the fall term)...and wound up out west a couple of weeks later.
All this report is saying is that the spores mailed were not directly taken out of Ivin’s flask. Removing that much material would have been noticeable and would probably have to be accounted for. A small portion of those spores could have been used to grow a larger batch to send. This neither exonerates or proves Ivin’s guilt.
