If your comment had any relevance at all to how things are in NH, perhaps your "kidding" would amusing, or at least apparent. As it stands, however, it's pretty clear you were kidding with no knowledge of NH's legislative branch, so your alleged joke makes no sense even after explaining it. Don't get pissy with me just for calling you on it.
If you feel like ripping a legislature, stick to your home-state cesspool in NY where your criticism is actually meaningful.
