I got that from my cousin who attended a tea party. Even though it was not the one with the Marine. She is in the picture linked holding the red folder.

The average American wedding costs $15,000 to $20,000 and includes approximately 188 guests.

If I had a young one these days that expected me to shell out even half that amount I would not hesitate to give them a piece of my mind! And then, kick myself for raising such a child! JMO

All that money will NOT guarantee a long lasting marriage!

I can't believe we are here at the same time.

Seems like that money would be better used toward a down payment on a home or future living expenses....that's a lot of cash!:)

Actually, I've heard that some couples are opting for the money instead of the big wedding, for that purpose. Wise kids.
