They want to keep DC majority black? Here's a win-win: Most of the white influx has been due to the size of the federal government growing exponentially in the last decade or so. Gut the bureaucracy, blacks get their Hell on Earth back, Marion Barry can go back to being Mayor-For-Life, and the rest of America can live like free men and women. Sounds pretty magnanimous to me.
