Why would anybody “out” anybody as a victim of sexual abuse? That doesn’t make any sense.

A real man with a sense of moral personal privacy would keep his yap shut about this.

Agreed in the case of crimes against adults. I disagree when it comes to crimes against children.

There is heap mucho intimidation, psychological issues, secrecy defenses, and deliberate attempts to forget on the behalf of children as they try to deal with sexual abuse. It seems that most if not all feel as though THEY have done something wrong, have a great deal of shame, and don’t know what to do with it. “Telling” seems to be the last thing they are willing to do.

When, as adults, they hopefully eventually sort things out, they have to deal with:

1. Who would believe them?
2. What good would it do?
3. Do they really want everyone to know this happened to them?

All of which is relied upon by their abusers.

Now, as to waiting until 60 Minutes before you tell your own mother, if that is the case, I’ll agree with you.

Having a RINO “serve” us is worse than having a ‘Rat. Counting on their vote is always and iffy thing, and they let us down at the worst possible times.

I do find it interesting that Brown admits to having a mental disorder in front of the entire country.
