An Obama administration official on Wednesday confirmed that four states -- including Florida, Tennessee and Ohio -- have been granted waivers from the regulatory requirements of the national health care law.
Steve Larsen, director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, confirmed the news under questioning from Rep. Cliff Stearns at an oversight hearing for the House Energy and Commerce committee.

I want too see the Harvard transcripts. Was it an online course or did Elena or Cass call him re: showing up on the Law Review (he never published), pic and for Grad day?

If waivers are truly being dished out on a state by state basis, seems this would violate article 4 section 2:
Section. 2. The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
(not that it would make a Constitutional authority like obama any difference)
That some organizations should be granted waivers and others not, is bad enough, but the refusal of Sibelius to state the criteria used or the method of application IS REALLY MORALLY SICK.
