And under the American principle of equality under the law, every state should get such a waiver. Better make certain your attorney general files those papers.

Can’t the admin. admit that Obamacare was a giagantic mistake? We will go through a lot of ‘hell’ for nothing.

NO ONE NEEDS A WAIVER FOR A LAW THAT HAS BEEN DECLARED UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Because some pigs are more equal than others. In this case, important swing states.
The states that don’t matter get to keep Obamacare.

There needs to be a lawsuit about the waivers.
To: Parmy
Admit it’s a mistake??? LMAO!
This is a guy who just said oil is the energy of the past, and is affirmatively shutting down our oil production. Did you see they are going to revoke the Northwest shale oil permits?! Shale - the hope for the future!
No they aren’t going to admit any “mistakes”. It’s deliberate

This could be a way to end the overbearing governmental imposition of Obama-Kare in a way that will allow Obama to “not lose face”.
Just grant waivers to every state and every individual in the country.
That way congress will not have to fight to overthrow the program, Obama will still have his legacy legislative accomplishment and the other 310 million of us will regain our freedom of choice.
That’s a Win-Win as the wonks like to say.

According to Larsen, the waivers have been granted to states that have programs allowing or requiring the kind of limited medical coverage plans that would otherwise be prohibited by ObamaCare. Uh? So my emergency only coverage which is prohibited by 0bamacare, has a waiver? Uh?

“How can that be constitutional?”
The whole thing is unconstitutional so anything that is done under the auspices of Obamacare is unconstitutional.
Just an observation but if 3-4 states are opting out and 700 odd business and unions are getting waivers just exactly who is going to be left to actually be in Obamacare?
