CBS reporter Lara Logan is vowing to return to work ... and she's telling friends what happened to her in Egypt will not destroy her.
Sources familiar with the situation tell us the details of Logan's assault are horrible -- but Lara is back with her kids and is vowing to go back to work within weeks.

I am ashamed at some of the comments posted. They are as bad as people who say a woman ‘deserved’ being raped because of the way she dressed.
She’s a reporter, her job is to report and to do that, she has to get close to the thugs to get this story. Now, she should have known that she was in the midst of animals but she is a reporter; she got separated from her film crew and the tough guys the Egyptian men are, brutally raped and beat her.
She deserves sympathy and prayer, not that, she deserved it B.S.
Too bad they’ll never catch the thugs that did this.
By the way, did you listen to Rush yesterday? He was talking about that reporter who kept trying to find an Egyptian to praise barry instead found the opposite.
He ended his story about “how glad/elated they were” to have barry on their side, or something to that affect.

At the risk of looking for too many details... does anyone know whether she was raped or groped or the nature of the attack? Seems like the assumption is that she was raped, but I heard that she was not raped. Not to defend whatever was involved in the assault, but seems there is room for exaggeration if it is not clear. Also, not to suggest “she deserved it” or “she brought it on”, but there are obvious dangers in a situtation like the one she put herself in.
Lara is devoted to the cause she knows the War against what is decent and good must be won for the full mastery of the planet. She is a true warrior for evil and the lies that our would be masters weave to decieve all the world. Would that lovers of freedom and good realize their is a War else how can they rise victorious. She’s not Jewish. But the muzzies who raped her, thought she was.
I thought the details of Jessica Lynch’s captivity are still very much uncertain.
She was opposed to any mention of rape being put into her biography, as she did not recall any sexual assault at all, generally reporting her treatment to having been humane.
She was basically reporting from hell and the devil’s hotspot....
