Rape is not funny nor is it ever a woman’s “fault” by its very definition. It is a violent crime about power over a woman, committed by cowards.

Not sure I agree with your definition of rape. But lets assume I do...

If rape is never a woman’s fault, then the legal term ‘sexual assault’ comes into play. And in fact that’s the “official term” that’s in play with the unfortunate Ms. Logan.

So, if rape is never the woman’s fault, then if a ‘”sexual assault” occurs, then we must assess different levels of responsibility and blame.

Fair statement?
