I share your frustration. This is the problem with settling for a RINO instead of fighting for a real conservative.
Our only hope is for the us in the Tea Party to completely take over the GOP. The ones there now pay us lip service and then shoot us in the back. Dealing with Dims instead of RINOs is almost easier — at least then you know the enemy that is in front of you, instead of behind you with a knife.
These people need to hear from us NOW.
And whenever the RNC sends me letters begging for $$$, I send them a letter explaining exactly why I am not going to give them one single penny, and where my campaign dollars are going (to real conservatives’ campaigns directly).
I took a different route. I said send me the bill, yes - I waited for the supervisor and confirmed...blah blah blah...will pay quickly....blah blah blah...when it came I tore it up and trashed it before I even got back to the house from the mailbox...they lie to me - I lied to them.
Yep, they called me this past week...and even after I stated I’d be donating to candidates independant of the party...and why...she continued to read her “script” and asked for less money. Astounding me I told her...and then you people wonder why we aren’t funding you anymore...You’re not listening anymore than you did to what I just told you...and if you won’t listen to me in the means I intend to donate then why should I believe the party is going to hear any of us on the big issues.
