Mr. Bradford, are there any set of events or conditions that could disprove global-warming/climate-change?

Or do all events and conditions prove it?

Bradford Plumer is an associate editor at The New Republic.

And is not, as far as I can tell, qualified to make any judgment whatsoever about the validity of AGW. Many of the folks who do dispute it's validity have far better qualifications than "associate editor at The New Republic".

And, within the Republican Party, the belief that global warming is a made-up non-problem has become thoroughly ingrained—so much so that it’s no longer even worth justifying or debating.

Thank God THAT'S over with! It kills me that idiots like this guy think Algore is a god when it comes to Global Warming but he has no education! They constantly beat down Sarah but their boy Al throws some crap together about things he has absolutely no clue about and they all worship him.

Maybe now Plumer can do his part and just hold his breath.

Gotta love it when a pinheaded associate editor at The New Republic decides to give us a “science” lesson. ROTFL!

Shove a curlyfry lightbulb up some EPA figure’s rump too. Those things are BAD for the environment.

I spent about 10 minutes trying to find Mr. Bradford Plumer’s cv. Cannot find it anywhere. Must be hidden alongside Obama’s university degrees.

He seems to be famous because he writes a lot.

Brad, I suppose the science with regards to Human Beings being responsible for GLOBAL WARMING is so concrete and absolute, that you would have no problem getting these scientists to declare that there will NEVER BE ANOTHER ICE AGE ON THIS PLANET again, please have it put in writing under Penalty of Perjury, I will personally pay for the Notary Service. Then and only then can we talk. You might want to talk to the 10,000 scientists that say this is all BUNK also.
,ps You should put the crack pipe down before you go ask them to do this.

"...Upton called climate change “a serious problem...”"

Upton's an idiot who doesn't get that Americans do not need the gov't to regulate the technology used in their freakin' light bulbs of choice.

98% of all murders in the US have eaten a hamburger, therefore hamburgers cause murder.

“The skeptic explains how, once upon a time, he, too, blindly accepted everything climatologists have to say about how human activity is heating the planet. But then, as he began to pore over the evidence, the holes in the theory became readily apparent, and, more in sorrow than anger, the skeptic had to conclude that the scientific consensus was mistaken.”

Same format as the seminar letters to the editor and talk show callers used: “I voted for Bush, but...” or “I used to be a republican, but...”

I think just being an “associate editor” also makes you some kind of science “expert”. LOL!

Never mind that three separate investigations have cleared East Anglia researchers of any wrongdoing.

You could have a hundred investigations say that there was no wrongdoing, but we READ THE EMAILS OURSELVES.
