Looks like CPAC is getting too much press.
Shirley’s gonna have a tough time claiming she couldn’t get a job, after being offered her old one back about a day after the dust settled.

Sherrod declined the offer Um, she's been offered employment by the people who actually did something to her.
If she wants to file lawsuits, an employment suit against Vilsack would be a good place to start.

The White House later apologized to Sherrod for the handling of the incident, and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack asked her to return to the USDA. (Sherrod declined the offer.) And now she is suing because she can't find work and no one has offered her a job?

This may be an attempt to -- well, not to silence -- but to give AB pause before he again does what he does best.
I don't think it will work because AB is not the type to shy away from this sort of thing and is undoubtedly prepared to meet the challenge.

If I recall correctly, her husband won copious bucks in a suit against the government. I think they have a pretty good stash of cash.
But I could be wrong.

Breitbart’s been gnawing around the edges of the Pigford case. This might be a good time for him to kick it into high gear.

She will have to prove damages to win. My guess is she has earned more money since this occurred through speaking fees, appearance fees, a potential book and probably a settlement of some type from those who forced her to resign.

she probably has the backing of the idiotin the Whine House whom will strive to distort the facts. Little does the idiot in the WH know that there has enough been said regarding her job offer that she refused. Breitbart caused her no harm, she just wants to sue and sue, Guess what the woman will lose and her Pigford settlement of over 1.3 million will be gone. Greed has a way of making someone losing sight of reality
