Republican Senator John McCain appeared on Face the Nation this morning and was happy with the news from Egypt so far, but stressed the importance of there being free and fair elections in the country. Most interestingly though, he did not take a tough stand against inclusion of the Muslim Brotherhood in that process, departing from the view of some his Republican colleagues. McCain elaborated: We have reasons to be concerned about the Muslim Brotherhood, but at the same time for us to dictate what the role they should play in a way may be harmful to us

I know John’s the easy target here but who really is the fool in all of this? I think its the AZ electorate. Thx AZ for strapping us w/ another term of the surreal. It’s hard to understand what you were thinking...or were you???

There are probably several billion reasons annually why it is our business what form of business Egyptians choose. Small point, no flames intended.
And no flames perceived. I've said for years that we should have stopped almost all foreign aid to almost everyone; but those morons we send to Washington don't get it. Throwing our money down foreign ratholes makes them feeeeel good, I guess.
