I suggest we post what the posting page software will let us. For now, for sites that must be excerpted, that is 300 words. I’m sure Jim Rob would adjust that downward if he thought FR was going to get into trouble.
And for sites that do not need to be excerpted, post the entire article. Again, I’m sure Jim Rob would put the site on the “must excerpt” list if necessary.
Long excerpts are risky. Full text is getting harder and harder to defend as fair use. Just a matter of time before brief excerpts will be required for every post.
