Not to mention if one of his victims had a gun, they may have stopped him before he killed more. Even others on the street. But NYC is about the hardest place in the US to get a permit to carry. And the crazy mayor there just sent undercover officers to Arizona on some quest to denounce gun shows.

We need a BATF - Bureau of All Things Forbidden. In addition to regulating alcohol, tobacco and firearms, they could control other dangerous items, like pointy tableware, Happy Meals, etc.
