Dang... liar, liar, pants on fire! :-) I'll bet his PAO about had a friggin cow just off camera!
The Port Authority official seemed as if he was NOT familiar with protocol for communicating with the public.... probably a bureaucratic appointee who doesn't have enough experience to do the job.
