Ashley Turton, a former Democratic aide whose death last month shocked friends and colleagues on Capitol Hill, was under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her car into the family garage early on the morning of Jan. 10, an autopsy found.
According to a statement released Friday by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the District of Columbia, Turton died from the “inhalation of products of combustion and thermal burns” caused by a fire after her car crashed into the garage of the Turton’s Capitol Hill home. Turton, a mother of three, was also under the influence of alcohol, the medical examiner ruled. Turton was in a state of “acute alcohol intoxication,” the medical examiner stated.

We have been waiting for a cause of death and the results of the autopsy. It was just announced today hidden in the Friday news dump as I expected it would be.

My stupid theory.... if the blood alcohol content is real, she was unconscious when someone or someones poured alcohol down her throat...then lit the poor lady on fire.

I expected suspicious deaths to ramp up two years ago when the Baraqqi regime took power.
Kind of surprised it took so long.
I also expected some Ruby Ridge / Branch Davidian episodes so that Eric Holder could show patriots who’s boss. So far it hasn’t really happened. Maybe he doesn’t have as big b@lls as Janet Reno?
It took this long to determine blood alcohol level? Hm?.... I don’t think so.
One theory is that she drove into a bench in her garage and punctured her radiator. The fluid in her radiator was ignited by her HID headlights (Xenon ?).
Seriously, that’s the prevalent theory.
So she got drunk at home before leaving to catch a flight?
Aren’t BALs a baseline, quick turn around type test? (Or have I read too many crime novels?)
