Idjit. You think you’re rid of Mubarak?
First of all, Mubarak is an Egyptian hero. He was with Anwar Sadat when Sadat was murdered, and he was wounded in the attack. He took over as the one to continue Sadat’s policies.
Second, he’s a war hero. Now he’s done a transfer of power to the military. Well skippy, the transfer was coming anyway (Mubarak is getting old) - and Mubarak *is* the military and vice versa. Power shifts from one hand to the other :). Suleiman, also, *is* the military. The muslim brotherhood, hopefully, is gonna run into fatalities. I just hope the fatalities spread to their foreign backers, and with Suleiman “Havelock Vetinari” in the mix, that’s a distinct possibility.

Correct. All that happened is they know they can’t stick out their neck for the US.
