Susan Rice, President Barack Obama’s ambassador to the United Nations, will argue in a major address Friday evening that the U.S. should “strengthen” — not “starve” — the world body.
The address is the first in a series of speeches — to continue this spring – making the case to the American people about why the U.N. matters to national security, and how it is being improved.

There’s an interesting story happening in the Philippines. Their Senate is investigating millions of dollars in cash payments to corrupt generals. (Their military is in pathetic shape. Their Navy has no ships, just small boats. Their Air Force consists of a few helicopters and maybe 1 C-130, and the soldiers often don’t have adequate boots or ammunition. The former head of the AFP (equivalent of Chairman, Joint Chiefs, Angelo Reyes, just killed himself over his mother’s grave because his corruption was exposed.
The US Embassy claims our military aid is audited and tracked carefully. How did they pull off this scam? They were billing the UN for Filipino Peacekeepers and skimming millions and millions of dollars for themselves. I imagine this is going on in other countries as well.
Eliminate funding and kick them the hell out of the country!
TRANSLATION: UN dictates should take precedence over the Constitution.

I just want to throw in the fact that, more and more, the Islamists are dominating the United Nations.
Doesn’t surprise me in the least that BHO would direct his administrations efforts, publicly and financially, towards an increasingly anti-American, anti-West institution.
