You went wrong here. The Obama model currently in use was built using modern tech - no screws, just glue. Nothing to unscrew, in a too warm an environment it can come unglued is all. In that eventuality, be warned of flying parts which will tend to go in the direction of the nearest hidey hole in Kenya.
