Yes aids was a plague that was allowed to happen.
But WHO allowed it? Who forced it?
The very people that this writer represents. The perverts that aids used as carriers.
In the past when a plague or epidemic strated the carriers were identified and seperated out from the healthy. This reduced the spread and number of case and helped control the sickness.
We were not allowed to do that this time. The perverts had become a protected class of people. They could not be sperated the could not be contained or controlled in any manner.
The homosexuals were and are the cause of the plague.
