“We don’t understand this”crisis in Egypt”

Then get together with Israel, and those players involved in our extremely costly investment in lives, and treasure in Iraq, and damned well find out before we lose the entire ME Mrs. Feinstein.

To state that WE don’t understand is a poor excuse when the job is to understand everything.

Ditto, My thoughts exactly. Why doesn’t this nitwit on the inteligence committee have the info and understand whats going on over there. What do we have inteligence agencies for anyway. Or maybe she is just acting dumb to the press, hoping for a specific outcome in egypt that would put radicals in power.

"We Don't Understand The Crisis In Egupt"".

No you don't.

No more than you understood Kosovo, and the Islamic invasion of Western Europe that followed that debacle.

No, she's that dumb. Liberals and most republicans have been reduced to intellectualy vacant bags o' skin. They have an amazingly odd trait which I have yet to understand.

Somehow they receive briefings, meetings, forums, panels, and lobbyist information every day. What they do not do is formulate an opinion by comprehending the raw data they are briefed with, but instead leave that to others to tell them what to think.

So unless a briefing is accompaqnied by a plan of action, they toss it from their head in favor of what Bill O'Reilly or Chris Mathews is doing..........They are media hypnotized, brain dead zombies.

It must drive analysts insane to deal with congress. It would be like having ADHD first graders in a law school lecture.

They have an amazingly odd trait which I have yet to understand.

If you take a close look at who most of them are it becomes crystal clear. The overwhelming majority of Congresscritters are professional politicians with little or no actual experience in the private sector outside of being attorneys. Most have no business experience whatsoever and of those that do most were abject failures. They have no experience setting and sticking to budgets and they have no idea what it means to make a payroll. Foreign policy is really, really over their heads because they simply do not understand basic human nature. Most of them know that they simply do not have what it takes to make it in the private sector. Most are in their dream jobs and have powers and prestige that are well out of their reach in the private sector. They know when they are in these elected positions their ill conceived, poorly thought out decisions have little or no consequences for themselves personally thanks to an apathetic electorate. Simply by virtue of being elected to Congress they have insured income for life, along with the best health care anywhere, in perpetuity, for themselves and their spouses, all on our nickel. Meanwhile, lobbyists throw bales of $100 bills at them daily. It's all about the three "P's": Power, prestige and perks. I seriously doubt there are more than an handful of true Patriots in the entire body of Congress. Therein lies the problem. It's the "me" generation, as in gimme, gimme, gimme......

When a liberal has no idea WTF they are talking about, they bow out of a debate by insulting you that you are too much a simpleton to understand the nuance of a problem. Liberals see nuances in everything. I kid you not, even the whole God and Satan clear as crystal evil\good thing, they find nuances. Mental illness has the same symptoms.

Do me a favor, could say 'senator' instead of 'crook'? It's just a thing, I worked so hard to get that title, so I'd appreciate it, yes, thank you.

IMO, not one of the CA triplets, Pelosi, Boxer, and Feinstein would pass the stench test.
